Roeh Todd R. Westphal
Todd Westphal was ordained in 1993 and has a degree from Messiah Biblical Institute and attended East Coast Bible College.  Todd is a six veteran of the U. S. Navy where he got a chance to travel all over the world.
 
Roeh Westphal has a great love for the Lord and for His Word. His desire is to see the body of Messiah equipped and released into what the Lord has created them to be. His energy and zeal are infectious.  Todd and his lovely wife Debby have been married twenty-five years and live in the Frederick area.
 
Assistant Congregational Leader Troy B. Wallace
Troy was trained as an engineer at Virginia Tech. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering in 1998 and a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2001. Troy was a faculty member at Virginia Tech for a short period before working for Frederick County’s Water & Sewer Department for 3 years. He has actively been in ministry since 2005 and serves concurrently as the Director of Revive Israel North America.
 
Troy has a desire to see Yeshua rule the nations of the world from His
governmental headquarters in Jerusalem. He wants to see the hope of our faith made full in the rule of Yeshua as Messiah and the restoration of all things. Troy and his wife Jen were married in 2008 and are expecting their first child, a daughter, in 2010.
 
Pastor of Youth & Worship Jason L. Trevett
Jason was ordained in 2010 as a Pastor here at ESC. He graduated from
Regent University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Religious Studies. Jason is currently pursuing a Master’s of History from Western Kentucky University via online. He has been a worship leader at El Shaddai since 2000 and has been working with the youth since 1998.
 
Jason has a desire to see young people engaged in the Lord and fully equipped to impact their environment—their families, schools, and neighborhoods with the presence of Adonai. He also has a heart to see people changed by the Spirit of the Lord as they worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Jason and his wife Laura have been married since 2008 and enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.
